In October of 2010, Cypress Valley Meat Company opened its first location at 1326 Highway 64 in Vilonia, Arkansas. The facility was exclusively for deer processing and deer summer sausage.
Thanks to the success we had and the encouragement from our wonderful customers, we purchased a second location in Romance, Arkansas from Gary and Bernice Goss. It is a federally inspected facility that processes beef, hogs, goats, sheep, beefalo, buffalo, deer and wild hogs. Cypress Valley Meat Company Romance was open for business in August of 2011.
In January of 2012, we were presented with another wonderful opportunity. We were able to obtain G. E. Hawthorn Meat Company in Hot Springs from Richard and Mary Hawthorn. The focus of our young company is customer service, processing and producing the highest quality product and providing our services at a value price.

Director of Operations, Managing Partner - Vilonia, Arkansas
Andy and his wife Kim have been married for nine years, and have two children Alyssa and Tyler. Andy has lived in Vilonia his entire life. Andy oversees the daily operations at all three locations. He suggests there are a lot of good processors in Arkansas, but what sets Cypress Valley Meat Company apart is their customer service combined with their continued training of their employes to be highly skilled and knowledgable.
Managing Partner - Romance, Arkansas
Lee has worked in the retail meat and custom processing industry for ten years. Lee and his wife, Jalynn, have been married for three years and have one son, Caleb.
Lee and his family live in Naylor, Arkansas, where he manages the family’s small commercial beef cow/calf operation that his family started in 1976.

Managing Partner - Hot Springs, Arkansas
Keith has eight and half years working in retail as head meat cutter and meat market manager and three and half years working in a meat processing facility.
Keith and Jennifer of four and half years live in Centerville, Arkansas where he raises beef cattle on his farm, which is a registered Charolais Farm that was started by his dad in the 1970’s.
